Number of tourists in Armenia 2.5% down in Jan-July, 2025

ArmInfo. In January-July 2025, 1.15 million tourists visited Armenia, which is 2.5% lower than the figure for the previous year. This was reported by the Tourism  Committee of Armenia.

At the same time, the number of tourists who visited Armenia in July  alone reached 263,592 thousand, with an annual growth of 10.9%, and a  monthly increase of 22.4%.

Traditionally, the lion's share of tourists who prefer to vacation in  Armenia are citizens of the Russian Federation (39%), followed by  tourists from Georgia (14%), Iran (8%), the USA (3%), India and  France (1.43% each), Germany (1.33%), Ukraine (1.2% each), the  Philippines (1%), etc.
