Gohar Barseghyan:  EEC consistently promotes the enhancement of industrial cooperation

ArmInfo. Gohar Barseghyan, Minister of Industry and Agro- Industrial Complex of the Eurasian Economic Commission, participated in the tour and activities of the International Industrial Exhibition "Innoprom" in Yekaterinburg, including the main strategic session "Technological Leadership:  Industrial Breakthrough".  During a business breakfast with  Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Anton Alikhanov and heads of large industrial companies, Gohar Barseghyan emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among businesses in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. By focusing on  consumers and the ability to quickly respond to market changes, the business community can solve large-scale tasks within the EAEU.  .

During the meeting of  industry ministers from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries, discussions were held on the potential for further collaboration in the Eurasian space. Gohar Barseghyan also held working meetings with the Minister of Industry of Belarus Andrei Kuznetsov on the implementation of financial support mechanisms in the EAEU and joint projects. Additionally, as part of the Innoprom events, Gohar Barseghyan visited the Energo-Arsenal lighting support and lamp plant. This enterprise is a potential participant in the supranational support program within the Union of Cooperation Projects, launched in 2024. From September 29 to October 1, 2025, Innoprom will continue its work in Minsk, where a meeting of the EAEU Industrial Policy Council will convene.
