Expert: Armenia has every chance to become a key regional  hub for  innovative solutions

ArmInfo.Armenia has every chance to become an important center for innovative solutions in the region. Kirill Khomyakov, Head of Regional Markets for Binance in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia and Africa, expressed this viewpoint during a specialized Binance meet up event in Yerevan.

He noted that Armenia's technological ecosystem  is currently in the  process of active development, with a stable and growing interest in  digital assets, Web3 tools and blockchain education. According to the  expert, this trend is evident among both private users and  businesses. 

Khomyakov noted that Binance intends to support the crypto community  in Armenia through educational initiatives, specialized programs and  an open dialogue. , he emphasized. During the event,  the company's regional development manager for the CIS countries,  Bakha Turaev, presented statistics for Armenia. He said that Armenian  users primarily prefer to buy bitcoin, with Ethereum coming in second  place, followed by other cryptocurrencies. He also noted that Armenia  is showing good results in cryptocurrencies, highlighting the high  level of financial literacy in the country.
