ArmInfo.The South Caucasus Railway CJSC has launched the first international train of the 2025 summer season on the Yerevan-Batumi-Yerevan route.
As stated in the company's official statement, about 150 passengers have boarded the first train heading to the Black Sea resorts. The train will be in operation until October 1, 2025. The train will depart from Yerevan every other day. During the summer season, the service on the Yerevan- Tbilisi-Yerevan route is temporarily suspended; with travelers able to reach Tbilisi by taking the Batumi train. Compared to last year, ticket prices remain relatively unchanged. For more details and ticket prices, visit the company's website - www.railway.am. The company also reminded that since June 13, a seasonal suburban electric train Yerevan-Sevan-Shorzha-Yerevan has been in operation, running on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
