Traffic in Upper Lars returned to normal

ArmInfo. This evening, traffic through the Upper Lars checkpoint, which links Russia and Georgia,  has resumed normal operations and is open to all vehicles, as reported by Russian media.

 "The snow situation has improved,  allowing for safe driving throughout the day," sources report.   Recall that in the morning the road was closed to heavy trucks due to  weather conditions.
