Armenia-UAE economic and technical cooperation commission to meet in  Abu Dhabi 

ArmInfo. A delegation of the Armenian Ministry of Economy led by Minister Gevorg Papoyan will be  in Abu Dhabi from May 20 to 22.

According to the press service of the economic department, the  purpose of the visit is to participate in the 2nd meeting of the  joint commission on trade, economic and technical cooperation between  Armenia and the UAE.

According to the RA Statistics Committee, foreign trade turnover  between Armenia and the UAE in the first quarter of 2024 amounted to  $2.063 billion with an annual growth of 6.9 times. At the same time,  exports increased 7.1 times to $2.051 billion, against the background  of an increase in imports by 11.1% to $11.9 million.
